Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sealed wax/packs must be unopened, and graded cards must still be in their original certified holder.

Not returnable: Opened wax/packs, graded cards removed from their holder, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

How to return: Email support@hobbyvalue.shop or call +1 (959) 241-1904 with your order number.

Shipping cost: Free if the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item). Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.

Refund: Once we receive and check the item (3–5 business days), refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: Free anytime before an order ships.
